About this house rental

Baag Farmhouse was built as a wedding gift for a descendant of the area's original settlers, and restored to its full country charm. Two bedrooms sleep four - right for a couple, a small family, or friends - with full kitchen, fireplace, and modern comfort.

A restored farmhouse, built as a wedding gift

Some houses were built for work. This one was built for love. Baag Farmhouse went up as a wedding gift - raised for a descendant of the families who first settled this land, and handed down with the kind of care that shows. Restored now to its full charm, it keeps the easy grace of an old country farmhouse: vintage details, honest lines, and a warmth no new build ever quite manages. It's cozy without being cramped, elegant without trying too hard.

Two bedrooms sleep four, which makes it one of the more flexible stays on the property - right for a couple who wants room to breathe, a small family, or a few friends after a slower weekend. Inside, vintage character meets modern comfort, with a full kitchen and everything you need, so nothing about the stay asks you to rough it. Outside is where the farmhouse really opens up.

The setting is pure Hill Country. Open fields roll out from the door, mature shade trees keep the afternoons cool, and peaceful walking trails wind through the grounds. Friendly farm animals graze nearby, and the wildlife rounds out the picture - deer at the edges, birds in the branches. If the history catches you, our Fredericksburg AI Historical Guide can fill in the rest: the family the house was built for and the roots that reach back to the area's first settlers.
