This unit was completely renovated for 2026. Everything is new, comfortable, and modern.
Peaceful location a half a block from the beach and within walking distance to all of the portside restaurants, shops, and the town square.
This is a very well maintained complex with only 8 units and a rooftop pool with ocean views.
The property owners live in Puerto Morelos and are available for any assistance you may need during your stay.

Remodeled in 2025 with all new furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
This unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, and all utensils, pans, plates, cups, and glasses.
Included are 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.
We provide free, reliable, high speed fiber internet as well as ExPat TV in English featuring ALL sports channels, movies and network programming.
Initial supply of bottled water, coffer, creamer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied for your arrival.

The unit is on the second floor, there is no elevator.
The lockbox for this unit is on the front of the building and is #4.
There is a security gate to access the property.
The rooftop pool and terrace with sun loungers is on the roof which is the fifth floor and includes ocean views.
Other things to note
Checkout time is 11:00 am. A late checkout can be arranged based on availability with a 24 hour notice.
There is a building attendant on duty Monday - Saturday from 9:00 - 5:00 who can provide luggage storage. Please request this 24 hours in advance.
We can provide recommendations for airport transfers upon request.
We operate a small rental car business and can provide a rental car delivered to you based on availability.
