The Space
Welcome to Palmera Haus, a five-bedroom, three-bathroom Scottsdale home where relaxed boho interiors meet a colorful, tropical-inspired backyard. With room for thirteen registered guests, it’s an inviting place to reconnect and enjoy the desert at your own pace.
Private Pool & Backyard
A colorful mural sets the scene for afternoons around your private pool. Stretch out on a lounger, enjoy something fresh from the outdoor grill, and gather at the outdoor dining area as the light softens. This is a backyard made for easy conversation and meals that last a little longer.
Pool towels are provided. No diving is permitted; please follow posted safety signage and supervise children closely.
Living Areas
Make yourself comfortable in the relaxed living room, where inviting seating and a large TV welcome movie nights and quiet breaks between adventures. Warm boho styling gives the shared spaces an easy, welcoming feel.
Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking essentials makes it easy to enjoy breakfast at home or prepare a leisurely dinner. A coffee maker is available for your morning routine. Choose a seat indoors or carry your meal outside for a poolside change of scenery.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own TV:
• Primary Suite One: King bed and private en-suite bathroom.
• Primary Suite Two: King bed and private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed.
• Bedroom Four: Queen bed.
• Bedroom Five: One queen bed and three twin beds. A portable A/C unit provides additional cooling in this room.
Three bathrooms serve the home. The maximum guest count is thirteen, regardless of the number of beds.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Palmera Haus for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.
Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.
Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 13 guests in total.
Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 88°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.
Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.
