Great house and experience. Location is 10 minute walk to Old Town nightlife. GoodNight Stay provides excellent communication and provides basics to get you going (paper goods, toiletries, etc). House was perfect for 8 older guys on a golf trip. Good quality beds/mattresses, utensils-pots-pans, towels, plenty of plates and glasses. Well cleaned and maintained. Firepit is a particularly nice addition for hanging and chatting.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with our large family and easily fit all of us. Pool was amazing to have and recommend upgrading for pool heat during winter months. Definitely worth it. Clean, well taken care of and nice neighborhood. We walked every night to downtown Old Scottsdale. Close to many hiking trails.

Our stay was okay overall, but a few issues made it less enjoyable. The bathroom door had a very loose hinge, which was inconvenient every time we used it. We were told it couldn’t be repaired until after our departure.I also paid for the pool to be heated to 86F, but it was only set to 83F. Unfortunately, I won’t be receiving a refund since the issue wasn’t addressed during the stay, even though it didn’t meet what was agreed upon.While the property itself was decent, the lack of attention to these details was disappointing.
