-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-There is no garage access at this home. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 18 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

We, along with our grown children and their families spent Thanksgiving week at this home (8 adults, 4 kids). This home was perfect! Not only was the kitchen fully stocked with any dish and appliance needed to cook a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings, the kitchen also had 2 ovens!We loved the open concept where we could all be together plus we loved the privacy that each of the bedrooms afforded. A bonus was the fact that Old Town was an easy 15 min walk from the house!
