Welcome to this spacious and bright townhouse in El Rosario, located in an exclusive beachfront community, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. The beach is just a few steps away, right outside the residential complex.
The house is spread over four levels, offering plenty of space, comfort and privacy, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.
On the lower level, there is a spacious private garage with room for up to three cars. The main floor is designed for spending quality time together and features a cosy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
The house has four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates between 8 and 10 guests thanks to the generous size of the beds. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a 2-metre bed, a bedroom with two 1.05 m single beds and another bedroom with a 1.50 m bed. The top floor features a bright and spacious bedroom with two 1.35 m beds and direct access to a private terrace, making it an ideal space for families, children or guests looking for extra privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes useful extras such as an air fryer and a juicer. The house also offers air conditioning, WiFi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, fans in the bedrooms, living room and terrace, as well as access to Netflix and other streaming platforms.
For a complete holiday experience, guests can also enjoy a paddleboard, a surfboard, beach chairs, sun loungers, parasols and snorkelling goggles.
