Walking distance to The Convention Centre,Pacific Fair, The Oasis, the Star Casino. world-class dining, cozy cafes, entertainment, and the iconic Broadbeach and Kurrawa Beach. You'll enjoy the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and style. The Tram and buses are right at your doorstep. Great tennis court, spa & BBQ area for 15 people .
The space
* 1 very generous bedroom with a queen bed and large built-in wardrobes
* Well-appointed bathroom, shower and separate bath
* Open-plan living and dining space, perfect for entertaining. There's a comfortable sofa bed (Koala brand)
* Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage
* Private balcony with views of the surrounding area
* Secure car parking space and elevators
* Amazing complex that offers a new BBQ area, perfect spa and a great tennis court.
* Close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and Broadbeach's vibrant and high-end nightlife.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire apartment and all the facilities. Heated pool, spa, sauna. tennis court, beautiful BBQ area, gym and private parking. There's a lovely Cafe downstairs too.
Other things to note
Since I manage my own unit, I will be the first point of contact. The Reception downstairs only service guests who book through them. at a higher rate. I'd be happy to promptly address any request or issue that you might have.
I kindly ask that you take care of everything as your own since we've worked very hard to give others the opportunity to stay at a great place at an affordable rate.
