Good location, lovely views
Instructions on how to locate the property was poor! We had to ask three people in The Star before someone knew where our accommodation was located as there was no signs to ‘CASSA’ casino. Also, we had trouble exiting the building from the lifts as the lifts do not operate without swiping the key. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Great apartment in great location
Having to collect the keys from a seperate location across town, when you have luggage was unfortunate. The process came a long with a couple of minor pain points that could easily be avoided.

Great location, the Pool and patio areas were brilliant. A great view over the city and the hills. Our room was great.
It was a hassle to need to go over to the Broadbeach shops (with our luggage). The reception at Towers would not hold our luggage while we waited for the time to pick up the key.

The location was nice.
The place felt run down & had a fair bit of wear and tear throughout the apartment.
