Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 2 bedroom apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai Marina, such as Bluewaters Island, Al Ain Dubai and Jumeirah Beach.
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views of the Arabian sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single-beds also equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This vibrant neighbourhood is home to the famous Dubai Marina Walk, where you can enjoy a stroll while enjoying the stunning waterfront views. You'll also find a wealth of restaurants, including Gordon Ramsey's famous Hell's Kitchen, and shops in the area. The nearest mall is Dubai Marina Mall which is 10 minutes from the apartment, and small shops around Bluewater's and JBR Beach Road. The luxurious Ceasar's Palace Hotel is also a must-see.
To indulge in watersports, you can head to JBR Beach. This famous beach is easily accessible from most towers via Dubai Tram. Visitors can enjoy various activities, including water sports, parasailing, banana boating, and wakeboarding.
The other open beach is over in Jumeirah, a 30-minute drive away.
Regarding supermarkets, there's one 5-minute walk from the building, Viva Supermarket and a 15-minute drive to Waitress Supermarket with more options.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
