Welcome! We’re delighted to host you and hope you enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer.
Set in the heart of Azeitão, our home is surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Arrábida Natural Park, local vineyards, and charming villages—making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The house has been carefully prepared to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you’re here to explore nearby beaches, discover the region’s renowned wines and gastronomy, or simply enjoy a peaceful getaway, we hope you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Located on Rua Dr Francisco Gonçalves Oliveira 32, our fully equipped home is ideal for families or groups of friends. You’ll find a lovely outdoor area with a sun deck and a dining porch—perfect for making the most of the sunny weather.
You’ll be just 3 minutes from the historic centre of Azeitão, famous for its traditional wine cellars, and only 15 minutes from the breathtaking beaches of Arrábida.
Please note: parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette weekends are not permitted.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines for an Alojamento Local (AL) in Azeitão:
🏡 House Rules & Regulations – Azeitão Property
Welcome to our property in Azeitão. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect for the neighbourhood, please follow the rules below:
1. Check-in & Check-out
● Check-in: from [2 pm], self-check with the code sent to your number/email.
● Check-out: until [11 am ] self-checkout- MUST lock all doors/ MUST verify all lights are off.
● Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
● We have cameras outside to monitor safety at all times.
2. Maximum Occupancy
● Only registered guests may stay overnight.
● Must be at least 20 years old to stay unless accompanied by parents or a guardian.
● The maximum number of guests must not exceed 6 people in the house.
3. Noise & Respect for Neighbours
● Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00.
● Parties, events, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
● Please respect the local community at all times. This is a residential area.
● Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette weekends are strictly prohibited.
4. Smoking Policy
● Smoking and cannabis are not permitted anywhere on the property.
5. Pets
● Sorry, pets are not allowed in the property due to LA being very close to other properties.
6. Cleanliness & Waste
● Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
● Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
● Recycling rules should be followed where applicable.
● When using the BBQ, do not leave it unattended, and clean the grill before leaving.
● In case you stay more than 7 days, cleaning and changing of linen must be done. The cleaners have to be able to come in and have access to clean thoroughly. You will have to be out of the rental for about 3 hours while this happens.
● Cleaning charge for the house is 79 euros.
7. Security
● Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
● Do not share keys or access codes with third parties. ● Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
8. Utilities & Equipment
● Please switch off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
● Shutters and windows must be closed when air conditioning is running.
● Use all equipment responsibly. Any damage must be reported immediately.
9. Gas & Safety
● If using gas bottles, please monitor the indicator (green = full, red = reserve).
● Notify the host if a replacement is required.
● Do not tamper with gas or electrical installations.
10. Damages & Liability
● Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
● Any issues should be reported as soon as possible.
11. Parking
● Free parking, when available, is just in front of the gate’s property.
● Please park responsibly and avoid blocking access.
12. Emergencies
● In case of emergency, contact local services: 112
