HOUSE RULES
• No Outdoor Footwear Indoors: Outdoor shoes and boots must be removed before entering the home. This helps preserve the cleanliness of the property and supports the health-and-wellness environment of The Reverie Reset. Individual house slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience.
• Excessive Floor Cleaning: An additional $750 cleaning fee will apply if the floors are left excessively muddy or covered with road salt, saltwater, or similar residue. This charge is separate from the standard cleaning fee.
• No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $1,000 penalty will apply to any unauthorized animal brought onto the property. Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and booking-platform policy.
• No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or cannabis products are strictly prohibited inside the home and within 25 feet of the property. Violations are subject to a $1,000 fee.
• Registered Guests Only: All guests must be registered before check-in. Unregistered visitors and overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Agreement to House Rules and Charges: By booking The Reverie Reset, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, Towamensing Trails community regulations, and the terms of the signed rental agreement. You also accept responsibility for all applicable fees, damages, additional services, excessive cleaning, missing items, and rule-violation charges and authorize us to charge the payment method provided, as permitted by the rental agreement, booking-platform policies, and applicable law.
