🏡 Main House
Recooperation welcomes you with an open-concept living space designed for gathering, flooded with natural light. Our grounds are 100% private with not another home in sight. Surrounded by nature, sun and shade, pick your lounge spot!
• Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops with a large kitchen island (seats 4), a 4-burner gas stove with a center griddle, and everything needed to prepare family meals. Pick your morning poison with the choice of a whole pot or a simple k-cup (starter k-cups provided).
• The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, while the cozy living room offers room to gather, a Smart TV for relaxing evenings and an old fashioned metal wood burning stove.
• You`ll also find a convenient laundry room, and easy access from the parking area and front porch with just a few stairs.
• We`ve also provided a dedicated work space just off the living room where you can work and play simultaneously, just bring your laptop!
• The front porch is expansive, with a Weber Genesis gas grilled, hard plumbed so you never run out of propane while grilling.
🛏️ Bed + Bath
• Bedroom #1, the primary suite is quite roomy, with a King size bed, lounge chair, Smart TV, large closet, clothing storage and has it`s own private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, single vanity and toilet.
• Bedroom #2 is equipped with a King size bed, closet, smart TV, clothing storage, fan and full length mirror. This room shares a bathroom with Bedroom #3.
• Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed plus a twin bunk bed that sleeps two guests, a Smart TV, and clothing storage. This room shares a bathroom with Bedroom #2. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, single vanity and toilet.
• Living Room (separate space with no doors) has a twin bed with a trundle for two guests.
🎮 Social Suite
The Social Suite is to die for! With it`s very own full bathroom (for overflow guests), private kitchenette, lounge space with a comfy couch, chairs and Smart TV! It`s also loaded with activities; a Pool table, arcade game, corn hole boards, and many more. Right off the lounge room is a large covered deck with a private hot tub for those chilly evenings. Just off this deck is a large flagstone fire pit fit for marshmallow roasting, ghost stories and starry nights. The social suite is a very short walk to the main house.

Guests will have 24 access to the property via Yale electronic keypads.

• Booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement of 28
• Max 1 dog allowed, 30lbs or less
• NO CATS
• Booking guest will be asked to submit a photo of their ID in order to verify age
• Booking guest must sign a rental agreement after booking
