PARKING: Covered Carport with space for 1-2 vehicles, Long Driveway with space for several additional vehicles (4+ vehicles)

The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.
G maps doesn't take you to the property, but apple maps does. Roads are mostly smooth and easy to get to the property. Some parts are steep and narrow but any car should be able to make it to the property in most weather.
Fireplace is electric.
Pet Policy:
We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!
All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
10 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $30 per human over said number.
There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! They are exterior only and in plain sight.
The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again.. you're in the woods. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!
No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, logs, and coffee :)
Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
Please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against ANY unforeseen circumstances.

Lovely comfy cabin in the woods with an immaculately clean hot tub were the ticket for me and my wife. Game room was cool, although we did not use it. Host communication was responsive.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a family trip. The location was perfect.

The lights in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work at all, so we were not able to use it. We tried using the washer and the water would not spin out we had to wring them out by hand. I felt there were not enough dishes to prepare a meal . The furniture in the living room was not comfortable and I believe the sofa was something wrong underneath the cushion. I believe the whole place needs a little TLC.
