Living Room An open, light-filled living room anchors the home with a linear gas fireplace beneath a mounted TV, a black leather sectional, and cozy boucle swivel chairs arranged over a plush area rug — comfortable enough for a movie night, spacious enough for a small gathering.

Bedroom One A serene retreat with a wood-framed bed, navy and white linens, and a striking cross-patterned tile fireplace wall with a mounted TV. French doors open directly to the back patio, and the en-suite bath is a highlight of the home: a freestanding soaking tub set beneath its own fireplace, a walk-in tiled shower, and a door leading straight out to the backyard and pool.

Bedroom Two A calm, neutral-toned bedroom with plush carpet, a boucle armchair, and sliding glass door access to the patio — bright, quiet, and ideal for guests or a second household.

Bathrooms Both en-suite bathrooms feature dark marble counters, vessel sinks, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and walk-in showers finished in warm wood-tone tile. A third half bath serves guests in the main living areas.

Private Office A flexible space set apart from the bedrooms — perfect for video calls, quiet focus work, or as an additional sleeping area if needed.

**Please note that the host covers $250 per month for electricity and propane. Anything over this amount will be charged to the tenant. We do require a $1,000 utility deposit. Any left over utility deposit will be refunded back to the guest up receiving the utility bills for the duration of the stay.
