The apartment is located in Block D, Unit 6, in the Bella Vista residence. Access is self-contained thanks to a personal code, which is sent about 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
You also have access to the secure underground parking lot. An elevator connects the parking lot directly to the apartment's floor.🅿
Travellers can access the common areas of the residence: swimming pools, 👙gardens, playgrounds, games room, football pitches, basketball and padel.The use of these areas remains subject to the schedules, safety rules and conditions established by the residence.
The beach 🏖 can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Wearing the wristband provided for the stay is mandatory to access the pools and some common areas.
Other remarks
The pools are open from 10 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. They are supervised by lifeguards during opening hours.
A break is observed between 2 pm and 3 pm. During this hour, guests can stay by the pools, on the deckchairs or under the umbrellas, but swimming and diving are not allowed.
Deckchairs and umbrellas are available free of charge to residents and travellers, subject to availability. Wearing a wristband is mandatory to access the pools.
The residence offers activities adapted to children and teenagers: playground, billiards, table football, table tennis, basketball, football and padel courts. During the entertainment period, about three evenings are organized each week with games, aqua gym, competitions, singing, dancing, mini-disco, film screenings and many activities in a friendly atmosphere.
