Welcome to Metatulia Villa 6, a beautiful detached two-storey holiday villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, set in the peaceful countryside of southern Crete. Located close to the traditional village of Sellia and within easy reach of Souda Beach and Plakias, the villa offers comfortable indoor spaces, generous outdoor living areas and beautiful views, making it an ideal choice for families and groups.
The Property:
Metatulia Villa 6 is a detached villa arranged over two floors, featuring 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodating families and groups looking for space, privacy and a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
On the ground floor, there is a bright open-plan living area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge with a Smart TV.Also on this level is the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds, as well as a separate shower and WC.
The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while a second separate bathroom is also available on this floor, providing additional comfort and convenience for larger families or groups.
From the upper floor, guests have access to a beautiful private veranda with a comfortable outdoor seating area and a private jacuzzi. It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take in the wonderful views of the Cretan landscape.
