In winter, put on your shoes directly from the private ski room and reach the slopes in a few minutes on foot. At lunchtime, you don't need a car: the apartment is at the foot of the slopes, unless you prefer to enjoy the shops and restaurants in the centre of the resort. In the evening, enjoy the view of the Lac des Hermines and the Massif du Sancy from the balcony.
In summer, the resort is transformed into a playground for the mountains: mountain biking, tree climbing, zip lining, hiking, swimming in the lake just a few steps away.
Here too, everything is done on foot: skiing, shopping, restaurants, activities.
Summer and winter, this studio is designed as a starting point and a refuge.

Bright studio of 31m2, composed of a main room with living room, dining area and open kitchen, an alcove sleeping area, a real entrance, a bathroom with toilet. Large balcony with unobstructed view. Private room for skis and mountain equipment.

We have designed the apartment so that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest:

* A real entrance airlock to leave shoes, coats and suitcases, in order to fully enjoy the apartment.

* The sleeping area of the youngest can be isolated from the main room thanks to a blackout and isophonic curtain. In the main room, the roller shutters ensure real darkness for those who like to sleep in.

* Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected despite a sometimes capricious mobile network on the station.

* The connected TV gives you access to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) and to the cast of your screens.

* For gourmet evenings, a raclette set, a fondue set and a plancha are available.

* The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob for quick cooking, and a dishwasher so you don't end the evening in front of the sink!
