Get the ultimate beachfront experience at Ocean Villa 901! This 2bed 2bath condo sleeps 6. The main bedroom has a king bed with attached bath, beautiful gulf views and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Ocean Villa has indoor/outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and BBQ area. There is direct beach access, walkable dining and nightlife, a short drive to Pier Park; and on-site parking for 2 vehicles.
Ocean Villa 901 has updated flooring and decor. The living room has space to relax, spend family time, play games or gaze out to the beautiful Gulf. The balcony is expansive, with seating for 6 plus 2 lounge chairs for ultimate Gulf front relaxation.
All bed linens and bath towels are provided. There are also 6 beach towels and 4 zero gravity beach lounge chairs for guest use. Your welcome packet will include a roll of toilet paper and small toiletries for each bathroom. The kitchen will have a starter kit: paper towels, dish towel, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags.
The kitchen is fully stocked with items you will need for cooking, should you choose to eat in after a long day at the beach! All of the dishes and glassware are updated. The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 at the peninsula.
The 2 full bathrooms have vanities (hair dryers provided) and tub/shower combinations. There is a full size washer/dryer for guest use.
Your stay includes wrist bands that must be worn during your stay to allow access to all amenities at Ocean Villa. All 6 wristbands must be left in the condo at the end of your stay. Missing wristbands will be subject to a $50 fee.
Ocean Villa allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. Parking is available in the lower 2 floors of the condo building and in the garage directly across the street - access to the condo building from the garage is most convenient via the skywalk over Front Beach Road. Two parking passes will be in the condo - please fill out one or two as needed and place in your car after check in. The garage is patrolled regularly, and vehicles without parking passes are subject to ticketing and/or towing. Please leave any unused parking passes in the condo on check out.
Ocean Villa has direct beach access with panoramic Gulf views. Nearby attractions and conveniences include family attractions, beachfront dining and bars, water sport rentals, and shopping. The condo is a short drive from the Pier Park shopping/entertainment district. Good walkability for dining and nightlife within a few blocks; broader errands and grocery shopping is a short drive.
