This beautiful 2BR (+ bunkbed space) condo just minutes walk to the famous white sand beach with emerald Gulf water, offer a resort-style vacation at Laketown Wharf. With 5 unique pools (one of them is heated), a specious lakefront board walk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered free parking, miniature kids golf, new Bowling center with restaurant, other restaurants on-site and 5-10 min walk to supermarket. Relax on private huge balcony, which is accessible from the living room, and master bedroom, providing a peaceful space to enjoy your coffer at the morning or enjoy a Fountain show at the evening. Equipped grill places near the lake. Golf near by and many attractions for kids. Plenty of space ( 1260 sq. ft), sleep 8 max. Come and enjoy the beach, swimming pools, sunset and sunrise!

Our trip was AMAZING!! Awesome room! It’s really close to the beach and everything around. Host was great to work with and would recommend anytime. If you’re looking for a great place to stay the laketown wharf is a great spot.

Communication with property manager was excellent. The beds were not as comfortable as expected. Other than beds everything was great. Communication and location was great with quick response from manager. Will be looking to stay here again. Thanks, William

Very friendly, easy to get in touch with host. Very clean. Comfortable stay. Short walk to the beach! The kids and I enjoyed our stay.

This property is a great place to stay. Plenty of pools to use and the miniature lake is great. The waterfalls at night are great as well.
