Stay on Bayou La Rose in the personal swamp camp of Louisiana craftsman Eric Couvillion. This one-of-a-kind retreat is filled with handcrafted sinker cypress furniture made from wood recovered from the surrounding Atchafalaya Basin. Fish from the bayou, relax beneath the oaks, gather around the fire pit, or unwind on the screened porch. With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and room for 8, it’s an unforgettable basecamp for Cajun food, live music and swamp adventures.
