About this house rental
This home is brand new and it is centrally located home in the middle of Lafayette. Close to all the restaurants, shops, and within 2-3 minute drive to River Ranch which has fine dining and upscale bars. Spacious and has a beautiful back patio which is great for entertaining and spending quality time with the family. Also has a fenced in yard with a wooden privacy fence. There is a pet fee of $75.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner answered all of our questions. Plenty room for everyone! Great neighborhood!

We spent over an hour cleaning hair and dirt off of the floors and countertops upon arrival. We sent photos of what we cleaned up to to owner/property manager, who was apologetic. Only when we asked for a refund of the cleaning fee were we refunded half of the cleaning fee.
Otherwise, the house was great for our needs - location, size, comfort, etc. The owner/property manager was very responsive to all of our messages.
