An Exceptional Location
One of the greatest advantages of the apartment is its location. You can enjoy Marbella entirely on foot.
Marbella's beautiful Old Town and the famous Plaza de los Naranjos are less than a 5-minute walk away, with its charming streets, boutiques, tapas bars, cafés and restaurants.
Marbella Marina is just 2–3 minutes away, and the beach and seafront promenade are also only a short walk from the apartment.
From here, you can follow the promenade along the Mediterranean all the way to Puerto Banús — a beautiful walk of approximately one hour along the coast.
