This is a just refurbished beachfront 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms penthouse apartment for up to 6 guests on the 9th floor of the A block.

Duplex East facing, with morning sun, large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice beach, marina and neighborhood views.

Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV.

Main bedroom has a double bed and the second one has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.



Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and both bathrooms with large walk in shower.



Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.



Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.



There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.

The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.



We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
