Welcome to my joyful bright cocoon in Caen, ideal for a stay for two, a business trip or a few days to discover the city or our beautiful Normandy coast.
With its large windows and beautiful light, the apartment offers a pleasant and comfortable setting to relax.
Its location allows you to reach the train station and the downtown on foot, while enjoying many shops and services in the immediate vicinity.

Wi-Fi: Enjoy free Fibre Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.
Entrance: A practical space as soon as you arrive, with space to hang coats and jackets and leave umbrellas and keys.PGJyPg
Living room: A warm and comfortable living space, with a sofa, dining area and Smart TV (with access to Netflix via your personal account), ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Fully equipped kitchen: Also designed for longer stays, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals every day (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster)
Bedroom: A comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 × 190 cm), prepared with bed linen for your arrival, storage space and a silent ceiling fan, ideal for pleasant nights in the summer.
Bathroom: A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, sink with storage and a washing machine. A large towel is provided for each traveller.
For families: To facilitate stays with young children, a travel cot (0–3 years old), a high chair and a foldable baby bath are at your disposal.

Market every Saturday morning a few metres from Boulevard Leroy.
Located 3 minutes from the train station by car (13 minutes on foot), 3 minutes drive from the Polyclinique du Parc, and 9 minutes drive from the Château de Caen.
Nearby points of interest:
Caen downtown: 10 minutes by car, with its shops, restaurants and historical monuments.
Mémorial de Caen: 15 minutes by car, a must-see place for history buffs.
Jardin des Plantes de Caen: 8 minutes by car, ideal for a walk.
Helpful Tip: Free parking on nearby streets.
House rules: No smoking, pets not allowed.
Check-in from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
