Outside, guests can unwind in the private six-person hot tub beneath the stars or take the nearby boardwalk for quick and easy access to the beach. The Sunset Beach clubhouse, community pool, and pickleball and tennis courts are also just steps away.
GROUND LEVEL
The ground level welcomes you with a spacious foyer and convenient access to the home's residential-grade elevator, making it easy to travel between floors. A half bathroom is located on this level for added convenience. Outdoors, you'll find an enclosed shower, fish-cleaning station, private six-person hot tub, and hooks for hanging hammocks. Please note that hammock hooks are provided, but guests will need to bring their own hammocks. Covered parking is available beneath the home, and the nearby boardwalk provides convenient access to the beautiful Gulf beaches.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor offers a comfortable beachfront family room designed for relaxation and entertainment.
