About this apartment rental
Step into a thoughtfully styled city escape where creativity and comfort set the tone. A hallway leads into a light-filled living area, where mid-century furniture sits alongside carefully chosen artwork and a well-stocked library, shaping a space that feels both cosy and inviting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and pantry basics. Brew your morning coffee with the Nespresso machine or French press. Gather around the dining table for six, or step onto the private balcony, where an outdoor setting provides the perfect place for an alfresco lunch under the open sky.
Both bedrooms offer a restful retreat, each furnished with a queen bed dressed in crisp white linens and ample storage. One also includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote working or quiet study. The bathroom continues the modern comfort with a walk-in shower and a full range of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
A private laundry with a washer, sink, and drying rack makes longer stays easy, while lift access adds convenience. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area, complemented by panel heaters and pedestal fans in each bedroom. Although there is no on-site parking, the nearest tram stop, local shops, and the vibrant dining scene along Brunswick Street are only a three-minute walk away. Kindly note that street parking in the area has time restrictions.
Please note: The apartment opens to wide views across Fitzroy and Collingwood’s rooftops, but the outlook faces north and does not include the CBD skyline.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Set in the heart of Fitzroy, this apartment puts Melbourne’s most eclectic neighbourhood at your doorstep. Just a three-minute walk brings you to Brunswick Street, a lively dining and nightlife strip with favourites like El Camino Cantina, Blue Chillies, Hecho en Mexico, Rice Queen Oriental Diner and Bar, Viet Rose, and the much-loved Marios café. Explore nearby Smith and Gertrude Streets for boutique shops, bars, and galleries, or take a 15-minute walk to the Melbourne Museum and the World Heritage-listed Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner, connecting you directly to the CBD, theatres, shopping, and Melbourne’s other iconic precincts.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
