Stunning and spacious two storey warehouse conversion. Huge windows fill this spacious loft style apartment with loads of natural light. Secured by intercom and lift access, this vast contemporary apartment features polished timber floors, whitewashed walls, towering ceilings with original steel trusses, enormous living and dining area with modern kitchen with all appliances and stone benches. There are 2 bedrooms with the second bedroom open plan and situated on the mezzanine floor. Fresh linen and good quality bedding. Beautiful bathroom with sunken spa bath. Air-conditioning, heating. All in immaculate condition. Secure underground car park. Perfect for 2 couples or family.

Melbourne has the largest tram system in the world, which makes it very easy to get to any location around the city. Nearest tram stop is only two blocks away. Groceries, restaurants, and beautiful parks are all an easy walk. The unit has everything you need. Anne and Peter are wonderful people and were very helpful. We would stay there again.

This stunning apartment is fabulous and the location could not be better. We had such a wonderful stay – loved being a short walk from all the action while enjoying the calm feel of this converted warehouse. We'll be back!

The apartment looks very much like the pictures, it is warm, cozy and feels like a home. The beds are comfy, the linens lovely, and the kitchen well stocked, both in terms of equipment (perhaps a new bread knife?) as well as the condiments and basic food stock. The apartment has a wonderful feeling of space and light. The neighbourhood is an interesting one, perhaps it is almost inner city? or city edge? with the density that that implies. Despite being just a block away from Smith Street, which is quite busy, the street itself is fairly quiet. There are some fabulous places to eat and drink (coffee and wine!) within a 5 minute walk, as is the tram to the city. It's a great location from which to tour greater Melbourne. Of importance to me, as I was staying on my own in unfamiliar surroundings, was the excellent garage and building security. Anne was a wonderful host, always quick to reply and very helpful in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and will definitely return! Thank you Anne and Peter.
