Bright and thoughtfully decorated, the living room features a large floor-to-ceiling balcony window overlooking the iconic Carrera del Darro, as well as a dining area for four with a microcement table, upholstered chairs, a gold-framed mirror and a designer lamp.
The open-plan kitchen features an elegant compact Silestone-style worktop and is fully equipped. The living area includes a spacious 140 × 190 cm sofa bed, an upholstered armchair and a 54-inch Smart TV, next to a second wooden balcony with its original wrought-iron railings.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
