Self-catering holiday house in the heart of the historical Albayzín quarter of Granada with wonderful views to the Alhambra and the Generalife gardens.
This lovely and cosy town house has been comfortably furnished to provide ideal accommodation for couples and families alike. It is located in a pedestrian street in the historic center at about 3 minutes walking distance from Plaza Nueva. It enjoys a wonderful and direct view to the Alhambra, the Generalife gardens and the Sacromonte.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a large double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), the kitchen and the bathroom. The entire first floor is a cosy open lounge with double sofa-bed (135cm x 180cm) for 2 people, dining area and nice views to the Moorish Alhambra Fortress-Palace. From the roof terrace you will enjoy spectacular open views not only to the Alhambra but also to the Generalife gardens and the entire Sacromonte valley.
The house completely furnished and equipped with all mayor commodities. In the kitchen, you will find a gas cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave oven, mixer, kettle, coffee-maker, etc. An hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath tub, toilet and basin.
The house is fully air-conditioned. The heating works via heat pump. A cot is available on request. There is also colour TV, digital satellite with international channels, audio equipment with CD player, phone and wireless Internet access.

This was the most spectacular Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. We had a great view of the Alhambra from the kitchen and the living room, and our own private ALhambra viewing area on our roof patio where we ate breakfast, sat in the evening before and after sunset, etc. The house was built on the side of the Albaicín’s hill a long long time ago, full of typical features like thick white walls, shuttered windows, beautiful front door, rooms on multiple levels, beautifully furnished and decorated with period art, lamps etc. Also fully renovated with modern kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning etc. The owner and her daughter were helpful, gracious, the best! Don’t miss a chance to stay here while you are in Granada.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Artur's home. The views were amazing.
Nadia de Castro took her time meeting us at Teteria El Generalife.
The walk uphill with luggage is a challenge for seniors. The shower curtain
in the bathroom was in dire need of changing. Kitchen is very small for
cooking meals, we did manage however. The views from the living room
and terrace makes a visit worth while. The walk along the Banuelo river is
nice break from all the sites. Their are many restaurants in the surrounding areas
with Oliver Restaurante our favorite.
