Enjoy gentle breezes on our wrap around porch and the space and privacy of a three-bedroom, two-bath main house plus separate guest house. With enough room for 12 guests (renter min. 25 years of age), large families, golfers and friends can relax in a quiet neighborhood near Barefoot Landing. Grill by sunset in the backyard. Use a dedicated workspace, high speed wi-fi, smart TVs and fully stocked kitchen. Open living area with kitchen, dining room and living room. Dining table seats 10 and there are 4 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. 3 bedrooms in the main house contain a king, queen and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The guest house has 1 set of twin bunk beds, a queen pullout sofa and a full bath (great for a small family or teens.) It also contains a kitchenette with a small refrigerator. There are TVs in each room. We are cooks, so please enjoy a well stocked kitchen with basic spices and flour and sugar. The Ninja coffee maker can make 1 cup to a whole pot (manual provided). Kitchen garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods and bar soap are provided. Please use beach chairs, beach towels, cart, boogie boards, corn hole, large cooler and grill contained in the garage. Enjoy the outdoor area with seating for 8 and party lights that plug in the garage. There is free public parking on the street at 17th Street and paid parking on both 16th and 17th public access on Ocean Drive. Banana Boat rides and parasailing are available at 17th street. Molly Darcy's, the local Irish bar, has food, drinks and pool tables in indoor and beach front outdoor setting. Enjoy your stay in North Myrtle Beach in a prime location.
