This house is just a 3 minute walk to the beach!
This beautiful oasis boasts a private swimming pool with waterfall June 30, 2022 and beautiful palm trees to lounge under.
The outdoor space boasts a covered porch with dinning and sitting areas, back deck overlooking the back yard and pool, grilling area and outdoor shower. The pool is heated in the Spring and Fall. It is not heated November through February.
Inside this beautiful retreat you will find 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs you have an open concept family room with dining and kitchen.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and backsplash and a table for 8 along with 5 bar stools.
Also on this floor are two bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath with a rain shower.
The three additional bedrooms are as follows: bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen and a set of bunk beds with an optional trundle bed. This new home sleeps 13 people

The house is located in a great area. The street is quiet, the neighbors friendly, and the beach super close and an easy walk. The house is laid out as such that we had five guests, two of whom had to work remotely while there, and we could spread out and not be underfoot. The front porch is lovely, the backyard is large and the pool is a bonus. The house is clean and well-kept. The host provided thorough check-in and check-out instructions, The check-out requirements are well within reason and easy to accomplish prior to the 10:00 a.m. departure time. We had a couple of tiny issues in the beginning. I reached out via VRBO to the host, and she responded immediately and fixed the issues immediately as well. My family and I have rented homes through VRBO on several occasions, and not only did this house meet and exceed our expectations, but communication with the host did as well. We will definitely look to rent this house again if and when we are in the area.

We had such a great week here! This is the first trip with our senior pups and we couldn’t have been happier with the layout of the house. Also love that this house had two king bedrooms with en suite dual sink bathrooms. It was so clean, we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard, deck and porch, and loved that the beach was just a quick few minutes walk away! We will definitely be back.

This home is everything we needed! Great location, short walk to the beach and mini Golf. Super cleans and very accommodating for a group of 12. The fenced in pool area was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
