About this house rental
This 7 bedroom, 5 bath private beach house is located directly across the street from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool & hot tub and shuffle board. Remodeled in 2018 and refurnished in 2022, this property now sleeps 25 people with a total of 4 kings, 3 queens, 2 fulls, 1 pyramid bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on the top) and 2 sleeper sofas.

This house was remodeled in 2018 and refurnished in 2022 and has a total of 10 Flat Screen TV’s, Wi-Fi access, & washer & dryer in the unit. A fully equipped kitchen, including 2 refrigerators and a BBQ grill, will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem.
This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

The pool cleaner never came, so I ended up cleaning out some trash and leaves. The hot tub had sand in it from the previous guest.The house clean. We did have some plumbing issues, but the most urgent problem was fixed the next morning. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Property management was great, and we would definitely stay again!

We were pleased with the house. It's spacious, and very accommodating. The beach is steps away and the pool and hot tub are joyous extras. The air system malfunctioned on the last nights stay. The emergency contact was quick to call back. I will definitely rent this home again!!

Arrived Friday, as we walked in the back a woman was walking out the front bottom door saying there was an issue with that lock. People showered and had hot water. We left for dinner and now the back lock wasn't working. We called the after hours number and the man called back and came right away.When we arrived back from dinner we had no hot water and one bathroom sink was clogged, another shower handle was broke and the air conditioning vent was leaking on one of the beds and now the back top door would not work or lock. A message was left Friday night for them to come Saturday. No one called or came Saturday so we called again. The nice man came back and unclogged the sink and said he would look at the hot water, but it wasn't fixed. He tried to fix the broken shower handle the best he could and never did anything about the water leaking on the bed. The lock was totally broken and they had to replace it which they did. We called again and was told they would call a plumber regarding the hot water. By Saturday night the same sink was clogged again and still no hot water.Sunday, third day with no hot water, clogged sink and leaking water on the bed. Called maintenance for the forth time. No one called back but the nice older man came again and got a big clog out of the sink. A plumber showed up and it was found that either the pool guy or someone unplugged the hot water heater outside and it just needed to be plugged back in. NO HOT WATER from Friday unt
