About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this 75 m² holiday home for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, with views over Ajaccio Bay and sleeping up to 6 guests. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On Level 0:
- A bedroom with two single beds (80×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
- A bay window opening onto the garden
On Level 1:
- A 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed (140×190) and a TV
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
- A bay window opening onto the terrace
On Level 2:
- A bedroom (air-conditioned) with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- A floor-to-ceiling window opening onto a small balcony (3 m²)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 15m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- An enclosed garden of 70 m²
- A balcony of approximately 3m²
The house is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Ajaccio, about 16 km away (accessible by car or river shuttle)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house.
