About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering the charming Calligaris house for rent in Eccica-Suarella. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The single-storey property is laid out as follows:
– A 39 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
– Bedrooms 2 to 4: each with a double bed (140x190)
– A bathroom with a bath
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
– A 200 m² south/east-facing terrace with mountain views and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Eccica-Suarella, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (6 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A car is essential
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio-Napoléon-Bonaparte, 15 minutes away by car.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other notes:
– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for directly with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
