Tucked away in a peaceful Ruidoso neighborhood, our Cabin is designed for groups that want to spend time together without giving up their own space. The private casita offers the perfect setup for grandparents, another couple, remote workers, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy. Main cabin 2bedroom 2 bath.
After a day exploring the mountains, come back to grill dinner on the covered deck, enjoy the fresh pine air, or challenge your group to a game of pool before settling in for the evening.

Before You Book
• The property is located in the mountains, so you may see deer, elk, wild horses, and other local wildlife. Please enjoy them from a distance and never feed them.
• There are a few exterior steps between the parking area and the home, and additional steps to access the detached casita.
• Mountain weather changes quickly. During winter months, snow and ice are possible, so a vehicle suited for mountain conditions is recommended when storms are forecast.

THERE IS NO AC IN THE CABINS ONLY PORTABLE

• Detached third bedroom. The third bedroom is in a separate casita, not connected to the main cabin.
• Exterior steps. There are a few steps from the parking area to the cabin and additional steps to access the private casita. Guests with mobility concerns should be aware.
• Please don’t leave pet food or human food outside. Also, keep dogs leashed when you’re outdoors.
Safety Notes
* Mountain weather changes quickly—bring layers even during summer.
* Fire restrictions are common during dry months. Please follow posted restrictions.
* Watch for wildlife while driving, especially after sunset.
* Keep doors closed to prevent insects from entering.
* During winter, decks and steps may become slippery in the morning.
* Smoking or Vaping inside or outside is strictly prohibited .
**IMPORTANT**
The treehouse behind the Cabin is out of service and is not available for guest use. It is fragile, and any injuries or damages resulting from unauthorized use are not the responsibility of the property.
