We are one of the closest houses to Old Town that sleeps 14!
With 6 beds and 2 pull-out couches, your group will be able to spread out and have their own sleeping space.
Scottsdale is home to the country`s most premier golf courses and shopping. The home itself is conveniently located in walking distance to Fashion Square where you will find upscale luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment. Only one mile from the home is Old Town Scottsdale. Here you may enjoy exceptional nightlife, events, dining, art galleries, shopping, and more! For the outdoorsy ones in your group, there are hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails within minutes of the home.
Cars are recommended but not required. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and garage plus free street parking in front of the home.
You can easily walk to Fashion Square or to Old Town in 20 minutes
Uber or Lyft is recommended for venturing to Old Town.
Please care for the home as if it was your own.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Pets are not allowed, A $500 fee will be charged if evidence of a pet is found.
There are 3 security cameras located outside of the property; the front entrance, side entrance, and side gate. There are no cameras inside of the property or facing the backyard. The purpose of these cameras is to prevent parties.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization. You are welcome to smoke outside.
The fireplace in the master bedroom is for decorative purposes only.
Once a week, on Thursday, the pool and spa / landscaping staff performs maintenance in the backyard.
