It’s an excellent option for families, couples traveling together, or groups of up to 6 guests who want to stay close but enjoy separate spaces when it’s time to relax.

Both spaces are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including bedding, bath and beach towels, toiletries, and other thoughtful touches upon your arrival.

**Guest Access**

You’ll have private and independent access to both the apartment and the studio via self-check-in, using the personal codes we’ll provide for the electronic key fobs.

You’ll also be able to enjoy the residential complex’s pool, located approximately 50 meters away, as well as the second-floor terrace and the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

The property also features free private parking for one vehicle.

**An excellent base for exploring Guanacaste**

We are located within a private gated community with 24/7 security, just a few minutes from downtown Liberia and approximately 15–20 minutes from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, depending on traffic.

From here, you’ll have easy access to Rincón de la Vieja National Park, waterfalls, hot springs, rivers, and hiking trails, as well as the beaches of the North Pacific.

This combination makes the property particularly convenient for starting or ending a trip through Costa Rica, exploring Guanacaste, or enjoying a few days with family or friends.

**Other Highlights**

The property is located in a tropical setting. Although we perform regular maintenance and pest control, insects or other small animals native to the region may occasionally appear. These natural occurrences, which are beyond our control, do not constitute grounds for a refund.
