Enjoy a comfortable queen-size bed, a refreshing pool, and a peaceful terrace. Located in a private residential complex with 24/7 security, it’s the perfect place to unwind, feel at home, and discover the best of Guanacaste.
The Space
This cozy studio apartment, located on the first floor, is ideal for 2 guests and offers convenient access. It features a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning, a fan, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Disney+. It also includes bath and beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a hair dryer, a spacious closet, and complimentary coffee, tea, and basic condiments upon your arrival.
Guest Access
You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the apartment via self-check-in, so you can enter independently at any time after the scheduled check-in time, using a personal code we’ll provide for the electronic key fob.
You’ll also have access to the residential complex’s pool, located just 50 meters away, a shared terrace on the second floor, a shared laundry area also on the second floor equipped with a washer and dryer, and free private parking for one vehicle with 110 V or 220 V outlets for charging electric vehicles at an additional cost (please inquire about the compatibility of your charger).

Our location is the ideal starting point for exploring Guanacaste. We’re located approximately 15–20 minutes from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, depending on traffic, just a few minutes from downtown Liberia, and only 10 minutes from La Ponderosa Adventure Park. In addition, you’ll have easy access to Rincón de la Vieja National Park, La Leona Waterfall, hot springs, rivers, hiking trails, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the North Pacific coast.
Our property is located in a tropical setting, so it’s important to be aware of the presence of insects and other animals. While we take precautions such as periodic fumigation, it’s normal to encounter wildlife. We cannot control all insects or small animals that come near our apartment; therefore, we do not offer refunds for animal intrusions beyond our control.
We kindly remind our guests to be mindful of the tropical environment and to enjoy the unique experience it offers.
