This home features an indoor Cedar room w/ a hot tub & complimentary robes, 7 TVs, PlayStation 5, Xbox X, and Switch 2 with all the latest games at your fingertips (Halo, NBA2k, Madden, Mariocart, SuperSmash, etc), Pool Table, Air Hockey table, Skee-ball, 1/2 acre fenced backyard with a fire pit, large patio with grill, Poker room, 3BR/2BA, 3 sofas, updated fully stocked kitchen, and more.

Game Room:
- Holds TWO 65" smart TVs, an Xbox X w/ 4 controllers, Playstation 5 w/ 4 controllers, long sofa, Pool Table with Ping Pong converter top, full size Air Hockey table, Skee-ball, room darkening shades, accent-lights for "vibes," and miniature games for smaller kids. Exterior walls are windows for full backyard view if desired. Xbox/Playstation games include Fortnite, Halo, NBA2k, Madden, Assassins Creed, and more- over 20 games available!
Hot Tub Room:
- Custom Cedar room with hot tub, bench, cubbies, and 4 robes for max comfort.
Living Room:
- Holds an oversized sofa that can be easily configured to your families needs, facing a 75" smart tv. The closet holds two foldable cots which can be utilized for extra bedding for kids if needed. Additionally, another 65" smart tv is set up with a Switch 2 and SIX controllers with a smaller sofa. Switch games include Super Smash Brothers, Mario Cart, Mario Party.
Poker Room:
- Holds a poker table, which can be used for poker, Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, or just family board game night!
Kitchen:
- Fully stocked, including pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, utensils, plates and cups, coffee machine with coffee supplied, bbq utensils, and more. We tried to think of everything!
Master Bedroom:
- King size bed, smart tv, private bathroom with shower.
2nd Bedroom:
- Queen size bed, smart tv.
3rd Bedroom:
- Queen size bed, smart tv.
Backyard:
- Open patio deck with outdoor dining furniture, umbrella, propane grill (propane not included), fire pit, and almost 1/2 acre fully fenced.
Parking:
- Driveway and Carport, can support up to 4-5 vehicles easily.

Guest will have full access to the 2325 sqft home, including all three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the game room, living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced backyard, grill, fire pit, carport, and driveway (driveway is long enough for roughly 5 vehicles)

Pets are permitted for a $69 nonrefundable fee per pet. Any damages from pets will need to be reimbursed by client.
