Our family met here to go to the park for a birthday celebration. This was about 20 min from the park, but very convenient to groceries, restaurants, etc. One thing to note, reviews had said this is a quiet neighborhood, but we found various very noisy cars in the area throughout each night. Sounded like street racing? There were a few issues with the bedding arrangement and kitchen supplies, but I contacted the owner who said it would be addressed and update the VRBO post.
