Get the best of both worlds: enjoy the uniqueness of Asheville’s most historic neighborhood and enjoy being only 1.5 miles from Asheville city center. Our private entrance ground floor suite has all you need to explore. At only a short neighborhood drive (3-5 min), you will be close to everything in town.
Our unique space is filled with our own art and items from our world travels and is equipped with local coffee and beer so you get a taste of our city.
Our fully private suite is on the ground level of our brand new green-built home.
The completely private suite has a beautiful living area, custom kitchenette with beautiful quartz countertops, 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a comfortable foam pull out mattress, private full bath, and private entrance with an outside sitting area. The custom kitchenette has a sink, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, 2 ways of making coffee, and a toaster. We provide fresh ground local coffee with your choice of pour-over or coffee machine, tea, 4 local beers in the fridge for you to enjoy. Guests have full control over their heating and air.
We live at the end of a street in the beautiful historic Montford neighborhood, which is adjacent to city center. We love walking to the 1.5 miles to town from our house (35 minute walk), where the walk is all neighborhood roads until you get to the bridge that connects us to the city center.

Very nice 2 bedroom unit. Clean comfortable and great communication. For the extra cleaning fee and host fee associated I do not think we should have been responsible for stripping beds and emptying trash.

This was our first stay in the Montford area and I enjoyed learning more about that part of Asheville - great food and a really fun ebike ride. Our hosts' hospitality exceeded our expectations! Making us feel welcome and very comfortable.The beds were comfortable. A/C and Wifi worked fine. Very pleasant lighting inside and out. Comfy couch. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels. The house is at the very end of the street which feels a little remote - that was mentioned in the description. To be exact, there is a half-mile of walkable road between the driveway and the sidewalks. It's a little overgrown but there's a really fine treasure at the end of the road!!

Cute apartment tucked away at end of street, making it feel like you’re in the mountains despite being right outside of downtown. Great location for seeing a concert at The Salvage Station and for exploring downtown. Fantastic accommodations! Great communication by hosts. Would stay here again.
