Centrally located, the Rustic Timber Lodge is at the south end of Breckenridge, a short walk to both Main Street and the Base of Peak 9. The bus stop for the ski resort is a quick walk, allowing for effortless transportation to and from the slopes- no need to grapple with skier parking with this proximity. Carter Park is just down the neighborhood path and the Steven C West Ice Rink is around the corner. Step out the front door to the world class trail network of Breckenridge, which surrounds this beautiful property. The expansive outdoor patio and in-ground spa provide a truly relaxing experience after a day of adventures. Tucked away in a quiet, private neighborhood, the Rustic Timber Lodge will be your restful Breckenridge hideaway.

This handsome, spacious home has the perfect layout for gathering with friends and family. The expansive, open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas flow beautifully, creating an inviting space for the entire group. The large dining table has seating for ten and there are four chairs at the massive kitchen island. The outdoor oasis is just outside from this main area.
The oversized kitchen is a cook's dream with a six-burner Wolf gas stove and double ovens. High-end cookware and tableware compliment this elegant space. There are two coffee options for guests, a traditional drip coffee maker as well as a single serve Nespresso machine.
On this main level you will also find the primary and secondary bedroom suites which each have private en-suite bathrooms and their own outdoor patios. The primary bedroom features a luxurious ensuite with two separate vanities and a walk-in steam shower. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the primary bedroom. The secondary bedroom suite is adjacent to the primary.
On the lower level you will find the two guest bedrooms and shared full bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
There is another living room on this lower level providing an additional gathering place to the area above. The gas fireplace is a lovely addition to this living space, creating a cozy, warm ambiance.
The laundry area and mudroom are on the lowest level, where you will also find the garage access.
Guests are welcome to use the two car heated garage.
