* A bright lounge area with a TV and air conditioning
* A dining table suitable for meals or laptop work
* A compact kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and basic appliances
* A private bathroom with a walk-in shower
* A leafy timber deck
* Access to the onsite swimming pool
* One dedicated onsite parking space
The kitchenette is best suited to breakfast, drinks and light meal preparation rather than extensive cooking.
Guests have private use of the one-bedroom retreat, along with access to the onsite swimming pool and one designated parking space. A tennis court is located beside the property.
Please park only in the allocated parking space and be considerate of other occupants and neighbouring residents.

* Access requires using an outdoor pathway with several steps, and the property is not suitable for guests requiring step-free access.
