There are lots of bus routes in and around Digbeth. Some stop on Digbeth High Street, others from nearby streets like Bradford St / Rea St.

50 / 50A — serves Digbeth / city centre.
6, 17, 37, 58, 59, 60, 97 etc — multiple routes pass through or very close.
X1, X2 — longer routes. Useful if you’re going further out, or to catch bus from the coach station.
🚋 Metro / Light Rail (Tram)
There is an ongoing project — the Midland Metro (West Midlands Metro) Eastside extension — which will add tram / light rail stops through Digbeth, particularly along High Street Deritend, connecting Bull Street, Curzon Street, etc.
