The house features three bedrooms on the first floor with 2 king size beds, 1 bunkbed twin over full and a twin sofa bed available, making it ideal for guests with mobility challenges who prefer not to navigate stairs.

We've creatively designated the loft as a bedroom to accommodate a king-size bed. The loft, our personal favorite, boasts a closet and overlooks the largest bedroom with one of the king-size beds available in the property. It also has private access to the top deck, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere.

Inside the house, you'll find Purple 3 and 4 Mattresses available for your comfort. We kindly ask that you refrain from eating on the beds.

To enhance your beach experience, we provide beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience.

Families with small children will find small kids dinnerware, high chair, foldable crib and a play pen to make your stay hassle-free.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you need, ensuring you can prepare your favorite meals.
Working from home guests!, we got you!, there are a total of 3 desks with comfortable desk chairs just waiting for you!

Please note that our home is adjacent to three condos on stilts, with our unit being the only one at ground level, eliminating the need for stairs to access the main living area (unless you plan on using the loft). Our home is distinctive because it was the original structure on this lot and truly feels like a warm and welcoming home.
While our home isn't directly connected to the beach deck, it shares the same property. To access the beach deck, simply take a 30-second stroll through the common areas under the stilts. Our deck is located on the far right when facing the beach, closest to the neighboring beachfront mansion. There are two decks side by side, and ours is the lower-level deck, offering a truly unique and unparalleled experience.

Please note: While you are welcome to enjoy and dig in the sand directly in front of our property, the first 60 feet of beach in front of neighboring beachfront homes is private. Guests are not permitted to dig or set up in those neighboring private areas. Thank you for respecting our neighbors’ space and helping keep the beach enjoyable for everyone!

To help you get settled in, we provide a complimentary starter kit that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a starter supply of trash bags, dish soap, and a few basic household essentials. These items are intended to get your vacation started comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, several grocery and convenience stores are located nearby.

We kindly request that guests refrain from grilling, vaping, or smoking within the house or any of the condominium areas. The same rules apply within a 10-foot radius around the building and in all common areas.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed due to condominium association rules.

We cherish our home and frequently spend time here. As a result, you may find that the garage and the main closet are locked during your stay.

For your safety and security, please be aware that the condominium association has installed cameras in most of the common areas, beach front decks, including the upstairs deck, all stairs, and driveways. These cameras continuously record footage to ensure the safety of both owners and guests. Additionally we have installed a ring door bell on the front door and another camera on the top deck to help monitor the compliance to the house rules.

Florida Climate & Insect Awareness
Florida’s warm, tropical climate is part of what makes it such a wonderful place to visit, but it can also mean the occasional appearance of insects like ants, palmetto bugs, or mosquitoes—even in clean and well-cared-for homes. We truly care about our guests’ comfort and maintain the home with regular professional cleaning and a licensed exterminator who services the property on a routine basis. While these preventative measures significantly reduce the likelihood of insects, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. By booking, guests acknowledge this natural aspect of Florida living. We appreciate your understanding, and no refunds will be issued for insect sightings.
