About this cottage rental
At the heart of the complex is The Farmhouse, sleeping up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. Bright, contemporary and recently renovated throughout for 2026, the house features a generous family kitchen, separate dining room and comfortable lounge with a wood-burning stove. A striking run of windows fills the property with natural light and offers lovely views across the surrounding countryside.
All four Farmhouse bedrooms feature king-size zip-and-link beds, which can be arranged as either king-size or twin beds, providing plenty of flexibility for different family and group arrangements. With four bathrooms in total, including options with showers and baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready.
Alongside The Farmhouse are The Hay Barn and The Old Piggery, each sleeping up to four guests in their own self-contained accommodation. Both have a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, with the twin beds able to be arranged as a king-size bed on request.
Each barn has its own bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, along with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. This makes them ideal for separate families, grandparents or couples who want to be part of the group holiday while retaining a little quiet and privacy.
Better still, both The Hay Barn and The Old Piggery have their own private terrace and private hot tub, giving guests two wonderful spaces to relax outdoors after a day exploring Wiltshire. Fresh bathroom towels are provided; please note that hot tub towels are not included.
With multiple kitchens and living spaces offering plenty of flexibility for a larger group, whether you're planning a special family celebration, bringing several generations together or holidaying with multiple families, the collection gives you the space to spend quality time together.
The setting is equally special. Located in the charming village of Seend, the property is just a two-minute walk from the Kennet & Avon Canal, perfect for peaceful waterside walks and exploring the surrounding countryside.
There's plenty to discover further afield too. Visit Devizes and the impressive Caen Hill Locks, explore historic Lacock and Lacock Abbey, discover ancient Avebury and Stonehenge, enjoy a family day out at Longleat Safari Park, or head to the beautiful Georgian city of Bath. With countryside walks, traditional pubs, pretty villages and some of Wiltshire's best-known attractions within easy reach
