"Au dicalité". T4 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor in the very popular Résidence Ultramarine. This small haven of peace is located in a tropical park of more than 2 hectares with its large infinity pool exclusively reserved for its guests. You can take advantage of this beautiful shaded area to relax under the mango or avocado tree.
Beach chairs and chips are at your disposal to make the most of Martinique's beaches.
The duplex is composed of 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. On the lower level, the bedroom has a large double bed of 160 x 200 cm, blackout curtain, electric shutter, built-in wardrobe and a small balcony. The second bedroom (upstairs) consists of 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm, blackout curtain, manual shutter, spacious balcony.
A spacious mezzanine embellishes the first floor with an office area overlooking the swimming pool. A wardrobe for the occupants of the bedroom, relaxation area.
The kitchen is very spacious and functional. The appliances are numerous and of high quality (oven, microwave, fridge, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...).
The apartment has a balcony in each room as well as a terrace with a view of the pool and the tropical garden, a small sea view completes the picture. You can enjoy in the deckchairs while consulting the documentation at your disposal.
Only 700 meters walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, the covered fruit and vegetable market and the bakery of the Rock.
