* Smoking is allowed ONLY in the balcony. Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited . A fine of up to ₹5,000 may be charged, along with additional costs if any items in the property are damaged due to smoke, ash, or cigarette burns.

* Mandatory ID Verification: As per Indian government regulations, all guests must provide valid ID proof before check-in.

* Indian nationals: Aadhaar Card, Passport, or any other valid government-issued photo ID.
