Good location. Host is very well coordinated and available.

Wifi needs some upgrade.

The staff was very helpful and was available at all times. Most kitchen utensils were available and kitchen was well equipped The rooms were tastefully decorated and were clean and comfortable.

Check in and payment could have been smoother The drinking water container with RO could have been cleaner The cooker and some utensils probably need an update.

Househelp like washing dishes and cleaning is not done everyday

Location is good. near the market..walking distance. The cleaners were polite and helpful.

It is not soundproof. We could hear the traffic all the time with closed windows and doors. The internet conenction was bad. We couldnt access while being in the rooms. While check-out 3 people just walk in and started checking everything in a very rude manner. No customer service skills here. While checking in please check everything, bedsheets, mattress cover etc… where to iron your clothes. Coz they look for every reasons to make you pay more. We stayed for more than one month and they said they only do deep cleaning after everything check out. The bathroom tiles was never deep cleaned. We asked for an extension for 12 more days and they gave us only 11 days. They didn't lock their system with our dates and someone has made a booking. Because of their mismanagement skills, inefficiency and mishandling of our booking for the extension of stay, we had to shift somewhere else for this one day. This was a terrible experience for us.
