About this house rental
Sea Haven is a remodeled 3BR/3BA lake-front home in Holmes Beach, about a five-minute walk to the sand. Fish right off the private dock, swim in the heated pool overlooking the water, and cook on the grill with the lake in front of you. Single-story throughout. Ping pong and life-size Connect 4 in the two-car garage, along with all the beach gear. Dogs welcome with approval and a fee. Great for fishing.
Six-seater golf cart is available for rental. Not included in stay.

THE WATER
One of only a handful of homes directly on the historic Spring Lake - a secluded 3.5 acre saltwater-fed coastal lagoon just two blocks from the Gulf.
A private dock on the Spring Lake lagoon- bring rods, cast from the backyard or kayak.. The heated pool looks out over the water.

Remodeled in 2025 and single-story throughout, so no stairs anywhere. Bright open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances, and a five-burner range. Dining table for six plus bar seating for four. Living room with a 75-inch TV and canal views.

- Second suite: King, large TV, ensuite with walk-in shower, plus
the washer and dryer
